SWOT
ANALYSIS
SWOT Analysis is a term used mostly in business. The
analysis is a report which helps a business become more familiar
with its Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities &
Threats (SWOTs).
The term also carries over to this form of artwork because no model
is truly perfect. Everyone is unique and each person has
angles, elements & areas that fit into these four categories.
The SWOT shoot (or test shoot) is a discovery tool used to help the
model become familiar with the photographer and vice versa.
The photographer becomes familiar with the SWOTs of the model, while
the model becomes familiar with the photographer.
